An election of officers of the volunteer company raised by Capt. Winans, took place yesterday. The following are the officers elected:

1st Lieutenant---Sylvanus Curtis
2nd Lieutenant---Henry Landon
Orderly Sergeant---Lambert B. Stevens
1st Sergeant---John Darrah
2nd Sergeant---John M. Daly
3rd Sergeant---H. H. Smith
4th Sergeant---John A. Clark
1st Corporal---Samuel Livingston
2nd Corporal---Dennis O’Connor
The names of the other corporals we did not learn. The company it is expected, will be attached to the 7th Regiment.
