Circuit Court.
After four days work the jury finished, and were dismissed last Friday. Since our last issue the following cases have been disposed of:
Joseph Woodbury vs. Vincent Lapoint, plea of title, discontinued with costs to defendant.
Wm. Sweet vs. Henry Zibbel, settled and discontinued.
In the matter of the estate of S.B. Lewis, dec., appeal of Susie Lewis from order of commissioners on claims, settled, claim allowed at $425, without costs.
In the matter of the estate of S.B. Lewis, dec., appeal of J.W. Billmire, Adm., from decision of commissioners on claims in allowing claim of Clara Lewis, settled, claim allowed at $625, without costs.
Hutchinson M'f'g Co. vs Andrew Spalding et al, assumpsit, settled and discontinued.
Monroe Water Co. vs. Township of Frenchtown, assumpsit, finding for $223.25.
John Zink, et al, vs. Jacob Zink, certiorari, judgement set aside without costs.
Zebulon S. Fowler vs. Cora T. Fowler, Divorce, decree granted.
Fred Albright vs. Benj. Cornpropst, foreclosure, decree granted.
Mary J. Walters vs. Joseph B. Walters, divorce, decree granted.
A.B. Chapman, Jr. vs. Township of Berlin, bill of complaint, on hearing.
John Vagt vs. Chas. Vagt, bill, of complaint, heard and submitted.
