The 11th Michigan At Murfreesboro
We give the following list of the casualties in Companies I and K, of the 11th Mich. Infantry at the battle of Murfreesboro, as we believe they are mostly made up of Monroe County men. At least this is the case with Co. I:
Company I.
Killed – Sergeant Palmer.
Wounded – Lieut. E.G. Hall, prisoner; Corporal Baker, color bearer, Halleck, Geo N. Francisco and Lynn Barnes.
Missing – Jas W. Wait, Josiah Barber, N.A. Sprague, Hiram Hunt, and Elijah Lampkins.
Company K.
Killed – Thomas Brightly, Simeon Hamilton, Joseph Miller, and Peter Seeley.
Wounded – Myron Brag, Alpheus Cheeney, Anson Farmer, Homer Goodale, Walter Myers, Jacob Pound, Bartholomew Rhoades, Daniel Rapp, William Harris, Orderly Sergeant Johnson, Sergeant Keenan, Corporal Bolter, Sergeant Dakin, Corporal Papin.
Missing – M.G. Haight, Daniel Griswold, and Richard Evans.
